Refund for Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your package is officially confirmed as lost by the courier and the shipment qualifies under our policy, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the eligible amount paid for the affected order.

We may first need to complete an investigation with the courier before issuing a refund.

A refund may not apply where an unsuccessful delivery results from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer, refusal to accept the package, failure to comply with customs requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs & International Orders
